Getting started with your dashboard
Sign in and get oriented with the main areas of your dashboard.
Your dashboard is where you manage everything about your clinic on the platform. This guide walks through signing in and the main areas you will use day to day.
Signing in
- Go to the login page and enter the email address and password for your account.
- If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, enter the verification code when prompted.
- Once signed in, you land on your dashboard home.
If you were invited by a colleague, use the invitation link in your email to set your password before signing in for the first time.
What is in your dashboard
The dashboard is organised into focused sections so you can find what you need quickly:
- Leads — enquiries captured from your website.
- Appointments — appointment requests submitted by visitors.
- Conversations — messages exchanged with prospective patients.
- Website — manage your public site and its pages.
- Analytics — see how your site and enquiries are performing.
